Is my history ever capped, summarized, or deleted?
Never. Every plan — including Free — keeps your full history in full detail forever. We never punish persistence: no event budgets, no expiry, no quiet degradation of old entries.
What do I actually pay for on Pro?
Room and connection: 3 products instead of 1, Slack alerts, and priority support — flat $19/month with fair use. The record itself stays free and unlimited on every plan.
What does priority support mean?
Mail from Pro and Studio workspaces jumps the support queue: a human first response within one business day, and your tickets are handled before free-tier mail. Free users still get community support.
Why not usage-based pricing?
Per-action meters punish the way builders actually work. We price the relationship flat — only structural usage, products and seats, scales with your operation. Your record is never metered.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you downgrade, you'll lose access to Pro/Studio features at the end of your billing cycle — your record stays intact on every plan.
